Medical Memo for Class Trips

A School Nurse may not be available for your child's class trip. According to the Cherry Hill Public School Administrative Procedure M-10, medication MUST be administered by a Certified School Nurse. Students may not self administer medications. Please contact the School Nurse if you have any concerns.
